Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using UndetectedGPT, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the UndetectedGPT application.

3. Usage and Account Types

UndetectedGPT provides services that allow users to humanize AI-generated content. The following usage limits apply based on user account type:

  • Non-signed-in users: Limited usage as determined by UndetectedGPT.
  • Free registered users: Limited usage within a recurring period as determined by UndetectedGPT.
  • Plus plan users: Enhanced usage privileges with increased monthly limits, available through subscription.
  • Pro plan users: Extended usage privileges with higher monthly limits, available through subscription.
  • Max plan users: Premium usage privileges with the highest limits and additional features, available through subscription.

Paid plans include credit allowances that refresh monthly on the anniversary of your billing date. Unused credits do not carry over to the following period. Term (semester) plans are billed once per term, with credit allowances refreshing monthly on the corresponding day of each month. UndetectedGPT may adjust usage limits from time to time; current limits are published on the pricing page.

4. Acceptable Use

Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or its credits, operate multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, access the service through automated means other than the documented API, or attempt to bypass any usage limit, rate limit, or security measure. UndetectedGPT may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in such activity.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service and of any output complies with the laws, rules, and policies that apply to you, including those of your educational institution, employer, or any platform where you submit content.

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans (Plus, Pro, and Max) require a monthly subscription fee, which provides increased usage limits based on the selected plan tier. These subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or cancellation timing within the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, without deleting your account, by navigating to Profile > Account > Subscriptions > Cancel my plan. Cancellation stops automatic renewal: you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew and no further charges will be made. Your account and data remain intact unless you separately choose to delete your account.

6. Account Deletion and Termination of Service

If you choose to delete your account, you may do so by navigating to Profile > Account > Security > Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal information from our servers. Please note that account deletion will immediately terminate any active subscriptions.

UndetectedGPT reserves the right to terminate or limit service for any account at its discretion if unauthorized or abusive use is detected.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

UndetectedGPT does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Detection results are produced by third-party systems that change without notice; UndetectedGPT does not guarantee any particular score, classification, or outcome from any third-party detection tool, platform, or reviewer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

UndetectedGPT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. In the event of liability, our maximum obligation shall be limited to the amount you paid for our services, if applicable.

You agree to indemnify and hold UndetectedGPT harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or of any output in violation of these Terms or of applicable laws, rules, or policies.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of the text you submit and of the output generated for you. You grant UndetectedGPT a limited license to process your content, including through the service providers that power our infrastructure, solely to operate and provide the service.

Users are solely responsible for any content generated or modified using UndetectedGPT. We are not responsible for the content or for any outcomes resulting from its use.

9. Modifications to Pricing

UndetectedGPT reserves the right to modify pricing as services expand. Existing users will be notified of any price changes and have the opportunity to cancel their subscriptions before the new rates apply.

10. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and UndetectedGPT as a result of these Terms. You agree not to present yourself as a representative or agent of UndetectedGPT.

11. Company Information

UndetectedGPT is operated by Logiciel UndetectedGPT, registered in Québec, Canada.
